Beautiful visions of Milson Community Garden filmed with Costa in mid-February has recently been broadcasted on ABC’s Gardening Australia on Friday, 24th April and repeated on the following Sunday. The program can now be streamed from the ABC website or watched on iView. We were delighted to host the lovely crew and thank you for those volunteers who helped with the filming.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on people gathering and group activities, we are now working in shifts on Sundays and some volunteers are working on other days during the week. It is certain that gardening provides a great form of mental and physical exercise. Many thanks to everyone’s care the garden is doing well and visited by locals passing by.
We wish all our volunteers, families and the community the best of health during this difficult time and look forward to a time in the near future when we all can gather again at our wonderful garden without the restrictions this pandemic has imposed.
